Greg Trevor has served as Senior Director of Media Relations at Rutgers since March 2004. He was previously a senior information officer for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Greg managed the Port Authority's regional and national media campaign promoting the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.

Carla Cantor joined the Office of Media Relations in 2002 and has been editor of Focus since 2003. Before coming to Rutgers, she was the editorial director of the health channel at America Online. Carla also has worked as an editor at CBS HealthWatch and as director of publications at New York University Medical Center. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester and a master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.

Ashanti M. Alvarez is a 1999 graduate of Rutgers College and the School of Communication, Information and Library Studies (SCILS), where she studied journalism. Before joining the Focus staff in 2004, Ashanti worked as reporter for The Record newspaper of Bergen County. She wrote about local government, covered the police beat, and reported from state Superior Court in Passaic County. Ashanti is pursuing a Master of Communication and Information Studies at SCILS.

Diane Cuddy is principal of Diane Cuddy Design graphic design studio servicing educational, entertainment, corporate, financial and pharmaceutical accounts since 1995. Diane began her career in 1988 as a graphic designer at EMI Records in Manhattan. She holds a B.F.A. from The School of Visual Arts in New York City and also serves as a faculty member at SVA, teaching basic graphic design. She joined Focus in 2004.
