Tenured or tenure-track faculty hired after June 2003 are encouraged to apply for the fourth annual Rutgers New Faculty Traveling Seminar, taking place May 21 through May 25, 2007. “Garden State 101,” also described as “a living classroom” and “a weeklong smorgasbord of New Jersey’s rich heritage,” provides a unique opportunity for new faculty to join President Richard L. McCormick on an educational five-day journey across the state and to build connections and camaraderie.
