Economic Report Asks: What Will Be ‘New Normal’?
2008 is “a year best forgotten,” as economists search for a “new normal” in 2009, according to a Rutgers report issued by Dean James W. Hughes and Professor Joseph J. Seneca of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
