Rutgers conference updates coaches and athletes on the science behind optimal training and nutrition

WHAT: Human Performance Conference, the first conference at Rutgers bringing common practices in line with the advances of the science of performance.

WHEN: Saturday, March 29, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE: Beck Hall, 99 Avenue E, Rutgers Livingston Campus, Piscataway, NJ.

WHO: Hosted by the Rutgers Center for Health & Human Performance and the International Society for Sports Nutrition. The list of presenters, all renowned for their expertise in performance nutrition and athletic performance research and application, can be found here.

BACKGROUND: The science of peak performance has advanced significantly in the last 20 years. This collaborative conference with the International Society of Sports Nutrition catches up coaches, athletes, students, scientists, personal trainers, and strength and conditioning professionals, with the technology. This conference will use a format that will put science into practice.
