Announcing the Opening of 7-Eleven on Campus (Dec. 18, 2012)

December 18, 2012

To the Campus Community:

I am pleased to welcome a new neighbor to our campus:  7-Eleven has opened for business on the main level of the new 330 Cooper Street student residence facility.

As a tenant in this Rutgers building, 7-Eleven will offer 24-hour service to our students, faculty, staff, and visitors, as well as to the citizens of our city.  In addition to its convenient location and hours, the presence of 7-Eleven in our community helps to address the relative scarcity of food retailers in Camden.  I encourage you to take a moment to visit this new asset for our campus.

During the spring semester, Subway and Three Chiles Grill are expected to join 7-Eleven at 330 Cooper, which will contribute greatly to the vibrancy of our campus.
