Newark, NJ – The Rutgers School of Law–Newark Women’s Rights Law Reporter, the country’s oldest legal periodical to focus exclusively on women’s rights law, will explore the intersections of gender and terrorism at its March 6 symposium entitled “The Gender Dimensions of Terrorism: How Terrorism Impacts the Lives of Women.” The morning keynote address will be given by Brooklyn Law School Professor Susan Herman, President of the American Civil Liberties Union. International law expert Karima Bennoune, Professor of Law and Arthur L. Dickson Scholar at Rutgers School of Law–Newark, will deliver the afternoon keynote.
