Free Business Growth Program for Military Veterans to be Offered by Rutgers-Camden at Fort Dix

CAMDEN -- A free program designed to help military veterans launch successful businesses will be offered by the Rutgers-Camden Small Business Development Center in Fort Dix from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12.
Veterans Workshop: New Jersey Small Business Initiatives will introduce veterans of the nations armed forces to special loan rates and other services available to support their entrepreneurial goals. Representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration will discuss special lending rates available through the end of the year.
This free event for veterans is co-sponsored by New Jersey Assemblyman Jack Conners, chair of the New Jersey Assembly Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs; the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs; and the Burlington County Business Resource Center.
The program will be held in the press room in 5165 Maryland Avenue on the grounds of Fort Dix. To register, call (856) 225-6221.
The New Jersey Small Business Development Center at the Rutgers University School of Business at Camden provides free and low-cost counseling to new and potential owners of small businesses in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem counties.
