New Finance Director Named at Rutgers-Camden Law School

CAMDEN -- Jaydev Cholera has been named director of finance and administration at the Rutgers University School of Law at Camden.

In his new position, Cholera will oversee the daily and strategic business operations of the law school at the Camden campus of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Immediately prior to joining the Rutgers-Camden campus, Cholera served as business manager for the Office of Vice President for Student Affairs at Rutgers-New Brunswick, where he was responsible for fiscal administration, personnel, grant accounting, and procurement.

He previously served as a tax reporting administrator for Provident Mutual Life in Berwyn, Pa., and as a staff accountant in the investment department for the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company in Philadelphia.

A resident of the Upper Northeast section of Philadelphia, Cholera earned his bachelors degree in accounting from Bombay University. He is a member of the National Association of College and University Business Officers.

The Rutgers University School of Law at Camden is a nationally recognized center for legal education, scholarship, and service. Located on the Rutgers campus in the heart of the Camden Waterfront, the law school enrolls 775 students in full-time day and part-time evening programs.
