Rutgers-Camden Pro Bono Immigration Project Offers Free Services

For Immediate Release

CAMDEN Free legal guidance and assistance for area immigrants will be provides by the Rutgers–Camden Immigration Pro Bono Project during sessions at the Camden Free Public Library .

The Immigration Pro Bono Project at the Rutgers School of Law–Camden trains law students to assist community members with immigration questions. The program also allows Rutgers–Camden law students to assist attorneys from the Camden Center for Law and Social Justice with political asylum cases, and to work with clients seeking naturalization at the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia.

Community members with immigration questions are encouraged to visit the Camden Free Public Library from 4 to 6 p.m. on the following dates:

Wednesday, Feb. 27

Tuesday, March 4

Wednesday, March 26

Wednesday, April 9

A Spanish translator will be available on an occasional basis.
