Dr. Randal Pinkett, Season Four Winner of "The Apprentice," Returns to Rutgers University to Launch Business Plan Competition

(NEWARK, NJ, FEB. 21)—On Monday, February 18, 2008, Rutgers University alumnus and “The Apprentice” winner, Dr. Randal Pinkett, visited Rutgers-Newark to announce the details of the Newark’s Most Promising Young Entrepreneur Contest. The contest’s goal is to unearth the best mini-business plan submitted by a student. The student or young adult who submits the best plan for a student-run business will win $5,000. The two runners up will receive $1,500 each.  Submissions for the contest, which is sponsored by Prudential Financial, must be made by Friday, March 7, 2008.

Dr. Pinkett also signed copies of his first book, “Campus CEO: The Student Entrepreneur’s Guide to Launching a Multimillion Dollar Business.”
