Free Rutgers–Camden Noontime Concert Series Fits Any Budget

CAMDEN –  A tight budget affecting your live entertainment options? Visit Rutgers University’s Camden Campus on Wednesdays this spring for a free classical music concert series.Julianne Baird

The noontime concert series features pianist Matthew Bengtson on Feb. 11; clarinetists Yao Guang Zhai and William Amsel with bassoonist William Short on Feb. 18; Heidi Jacob directing Haverford College cello students on Feb. 25; pianist Charlie Abramovic on April 8; violinist Mark Zaki, an assistant professor of music at Rutgers–Camden, on April 22; and recording artist and soprano Julianne Baird, a distinguished professor of music at Rutgers–Camden, directing the Rutgers–Camden Madrigal Choir on April 29.

All performances will be held in the Mallery Room, located on the second floor of the Fine Arts Complex.  The building is on Third Street, between Cooper Street and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge on the Camden Campus of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
