As the U.S. Supreme
Court prepares to make its ruling on whether the right to marriage extends to

the Rutgers School of Law–Camden. He is an expert on constitutional law and the

KIMBERLY MUTCHERSON is an associate
professor at the Rutgers School of Law–Camden. She teaches courses in health
