Rutgers Day, Rutgers University’s welcome and show-and-tell for New Jersey residents of all ages, will take place Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The annual event offers free performances, health and wellness tips, science demonstrations and hands-on activities. Last year, a record crowd of 91,000 visitors learned firsthand about the university’s research, teaching and service.

This year’s celebration will include programming at all three of the university’s locations – Camden, New Brunswick and Newark – as part of the university’s yearlong 250th anniversary celebration.

Rutgers Day also coincides with Alumni Weekend. Alumni may connect with old friends and classmates and enjoy refreshments in alumni tents at all three locations.
