NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. – Annual Rutgers Day activities on The State University of New Jersey’s campuses in New Brunswick and Piscataway Saturday, April 26, will bring street closures and parking restrictions to a number of area roadways beginning 4 a.m.

The free spring Scarlet & White football game at High Point Solutions Stadium on the Busch Campus at 4 p.m., which is open to the public, also will necessitate Sutphen Road in front of the stadium to be closed from 8 a.m. to approximately 7 p.m., and Scarlet Knight Way, between Sutphen Road and the Busch Campus traffic circle, to be closed from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Parking will be prohibited on the following roads starting 4 a.m. Saturday, and all vehicles parked in violation are subject to ticket and tow at the owner’s expense: Hamilton Street, between George Street and College Avenue; Seminary Place, between George Street and College Avenue; and Lipman Drive on the Cook/Douglass Campus.
