Mason Gross School of the Arts BFA/Ed.M in Dance

Developed jointly by Rutgers’ Mason Gross School of the Arts Department of Dance and the Graduate School of Education, the five-year joint degree in Dance Education will lead to pre-K-12 dance teacher certification. 

School of Management and Labor Relations’ New Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate Certificate Program

SMLR now offers a “direct admit” Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Employment Relations geared especially toward transfer students, and a new graduate certificate program, “Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace.”

School of Engineering Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Science

This new master’s degree program was created to meet the pressing need of the pharmaceutical industry for scientists with current and advanced training in pharmaceutical engineering.

Professional Master's of Business and Science Degree

Rutgers is among 21 schools to receive funds from the National Science Foundation under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to support recruitment and fellowships for students seeking to augment their science backgrounds with multidisciplinary, entrepreneurial skills that add value and increase effectiveness in the marketplace.

School of Communication and Information Minor

The new minor in Digital Communication, Information, and Media offers students strong oral and written presentation skills in both face-to-face and mediated/digital environments, and the ability analyze, manage and organize information in all formats and media.

Division of Continuing Studies' in-class Paralegal Certificate Program

Rutgers, which already offers a self-paced, online paralegal certificate course, will team with the Center for Legal Studies of Golden, Colo., to bring an 84-hour, instructor-led, weekend curriculum to New Brunswick starting Oct. 2.

 New British Studies Center Fosters Interdisciplinary Scholarship
